Ritwik has serious abandonment issues

Anybody who has been close to Ritwik
His dad , step mom and Aman knows that he has been scarred by his mom leaving him
I don't think his younger siblings realise it


Ritwik had started trusting palak and told her about it then came the Samar mishap though palak was incidental in the crime but Ricky blamed her because she showed her loyalty to somebody else .. he wants to be the alpha in his woman's life .. he asked her mera Kya meri behan ka kya


He wanted to hurt palak by telling her about his engagement she congratulated him he again got angry and created a mess on Rohit Setu engagement


After his MU got cleared somehow in his desperation he got back palak

Though he did not want to acknowledge it


When palak refused to leave him in the mercy of kidnappers I won't leave u did u get it


He gave back the trust to her .. the unconditional love


Ritwik dependency on palak will make him break the wedding

Before the wedding palak will say I am going to Mumbai or somewhere else


It will be the same sense of abandonment he felt when his mom left him he will panic and break off the wedding midway to stop her


That is the only logical stop to the wedding

If Ritwik does not confess he loves palak it will be his inability to survive without her will make him do it

Only Palak Can heal him ..

Yes but people don't come out of these childhood traumas easily

Bang on post! Ritwik has some serious trust issues. The only person he started trusting outside his family, Rohit and Aman was Palak who broke it unknowingly. After the kidnapping sequence, he has started trusting her again. But it's going to be a while before he comes out of his trauma.

Issues related to trust always mess up lives. His mom took his innocent trust away.

He needs to reflect on his issues and get over his past for his relationship with palak to flourish.
Palak being there and being supportive will not help in the long run. He needs to introspect and actively work towards healing himself.


Actually come to think of it... would love it if cvs actually use his present character to ruin his own relationship with palak and then show growth and healing and they unite. No need of third party villains to separate them. Ritwik's present character and past issues is good enough to create chaos in their relationship after honeymoon period of their relationship.

He has serious issues because his mother left him and now he will be doing same with Ananya, I don't like her but now feeling bad for the poor girl, it is horrible situation for any girl.
