its about Nikah halala filed by a woman .against her shihar .Allauddin
zara is against the halala saying any mariage done with the intent of talaq is not permitted / against quoran and sharia . so halala is not authorized by quoran .
kabir is for the halala saying this is a practice by their forefathers since ages
zara says this is against the dignity of a woman n also against her wishes .and is a a way of gender discrimination .
kabir argues about the pressure by the other board member . zara accuse his of going with the opinion of others and not giving any importance to her opinions . she asks him not to bother her and stop getting affected by her . she get sso upset and asks him to get rid of her by giving her talaq and putting an and to this matter .
kabir gets furious and shouts at her for speaking mindlessly .. that she aked him to give her talaq over this SB case ??
