Sony TV's Dil Hi Toh Hai is currently telecasting the wedding preparations of Ritwik (Karan Kundrra) and Anaya's (Poulomi Das) wedding. While Ananya is gung-ho about this major development in her life, Ritwik is heart broken because it is not Palak (Yogita Bihani) that he is marrying.
The storyline will also further see how Ritwik and Ananya carry on with their rituals and misunderstandings between Palak and Ritwik will only increase, putting both of them at extreme unease.
And while Ritwik will be seen carrying on with the pre-wedding rituals to satisfy his family, he will change his mind and take a drastic step at the wedding, when he will declare to one and all that he will not marry Ananya as he does not love her and does not intend to break her heart and ruin her life.
Ritwik will then step towards Palak, confess his love for her and get married to her.
Post this, Vijay (Bijay Anand) will banish Ritwik from the family and will ask him to get out of their lives for ruining them and their reputation along with breaking Ananya's heart. However the latter will turn Ritwik's support, much to the dismay of both families.
How will Ritwik and Palak deal with the hardships further?

I am just happy he won't marry Ananya and confess love to palak. I don't mind if they get married now.
