25 SHADES OF ADITYA HOODA***He entered our lives kicking the alarm clock, the sweet, childlike and loving Adi made us go Aww! in a split second. ***Then he made clear, he hates cheaters. He has issues and he is not flexible. He is headstrong. He likes what he likes and hates what he hates. There's no in-between.***Captain Aditya Hooda, who had thought the childish and angry Adi, was actually a skilled pilot? The ambition and the passion was visible on his face, the moment the Captain entered the glass door.***He set his eyes on the gramophone and he was determined to get it. He fought the chirpy girl who wouldn't let it go, snatched it from her, but also paid for it before running. Whatever that he loves, he won't let it go easily! Besharam, behaya, kamzarf!***The unimaginable happened. His bestfriend, his wife, died. Even we went from smiles to tears in a moment seeing his turmoil! Who can forget that scream of his when he saw his wife's dead body?***Adi realised his wife was cheating on him. In a moment again, we saw him going from shattered to angry. But whatever he sees, is the truth. That's him, there's no back story that he considers valid.***He found it irritating when Zoya didn't accept the truth. He got angry, tried to knock some sense into her. He also told her to have some self-respect and stop supporting someone like Yash.***How can we ignore his poolside exercise? That chiselled body? Hawt!***When it came to revenge, our Captain was nothing different. He decided not to let it go, he decided to avenge who he thought was the guilty.***He might be headstrong, he might have tried to ruin things for Zoya, but he still had a heart of gold. The loving human inside him always returned as Zoya's savior.***And don't you remember how inspite of being betrayed in love, he saved Bella's marriage? Talk about thoughtfulness!***Anything was good for him until someone mentioned about Yash and Pooja. ***He decided he deserves better than Pooja, that he deserves to be respected and loved. He showed us that being happy is our own choice.***When he thought, Zoya needs to be lively again, he made every effort to bring back the old Zoya. Zoya mil gayi! ***Adi was strong enough to say that if Puja was in love with someone else and had asked, he'd have let her go! He'd do that for love. Only if she had asked.***How can we forget the love of his life, the bananas? Adi and Banana have such a chemistry, that AdiNa is actually a thing. ***Whether it was noticing something fishy about Rajveer or it was running away from police, our hero thought and acted faster than the computer.***Remember when Zoya had to cook while on the run? Adi as her Shauhar for that day, gave her full instructions and support in cooking. ***We saw him being extra caring towards her, always encouraging her. "Zoya tum nazuk ho, kamzor nahi.."***Whether the forest or the court, Adi went forward only with Zoya. He was a loyal friend and always made sure Zoya would be saved.***But when Zoya decided to reopen the case, we saw our old savage Adi back. He stood as an obstacle in every task of hers. He cared not only of his own safety but also Zoya's freedom.***When reality of his marriage being failure hit him suddenly, don't lie, you cried with him. As he read the diary, it was hard to not be shattered as much as him. (Kudos to Harshad for the scenes)***A Shattered Adi cried himself to sleep and a broken Adi woke up. He decided to let go, let go his hatred for his wife. He said alvida to his best friend.***He decided to find himself, know himself better. He needed some time alone. He went as a renegade to Paris, but always checked on his dear friend. Was happy and proud of her!***He came back as totally different person. But still much same. Still saves Zoya, still the angry man and still in the whirlwind of emotions. Still ruling our hearts.
