That many of us would have devoured in English Literature classes in School
But, is my note to the CVs
On the way forward
As our Beloved Bepannaah is on its way
To the next Milestone to be attained...
So, makers, as we can see, Aditya, has realized his love for Zoya
But would it be justified in calling it "Bepannaah", yet...
It's very easy to proclaim "Bepannaah Pyaar" for someone
What about the sense of Responsibility that comes with it??
Would definitely like to watch how Aditya's love for Zoya
Helps him evolve into a more mature individual...
Aditya's biggest strength is that he has always been pragmatic
But, strangely, this sense of realism dissipates into thin air
Every time the man has to look inwards
It's very clearly the response of flight for him
Whether it's the next flight to Paris (pun intended)!š
Or as Aditya himself calls it...drowning his "pagalpan" in alcohol!!
What if Zoya did not always choose to understand Aditya's anger?
What if Zoya suddenly started to feel that Aditya was taking her goodness for granted??
What will Aditya's "Bepannaah pyaar" for Zoya...in the truest sense of the term...then qualify as...
In coming to terms
In measuring up
To what the world also refers to as Maturity!
CVs, can we have Aditya evolve, thus...
The other facet that I would like dissected in Aditya Hooda's characterization is in a sense...the blast from the past...
One of the best things about Aditya's character graph, is that Aditya's search for Life's meaning has been explored to a significant extent...he is repentant...his monologues with himself express his agony...his angst...
Would it then not be natural for him to revisit his new found feelings for Zoya...in the context of his past...
Did Aditya never feel so strongly for anyone earlier...
Was he also taken for granted in a sense...that he would never...simply never grow up??
Is Zoya's unflinching confidence in him the greatest catalyst for him to evolve into a better person
And love like never before...
So much really, that the makers can explore...
Now, coming to Zoya...
There are just too many aspects about Zoya Siddiqui that remain sketchy thus far...
As I have said in my innumerable posts, earlier on as well, Zoya is a beautifully conceptualized character...her simplicity...her goodness of character...is such a rarity in today's manipulative times...is what makes her so endearing!
But, sincerely believe that there's a lot, lot more to Zoya, that the makers must explore!!
For starters, Zoya has for all practical purposes, "moved on"!!
But is it so simple, really??
Do wounds heal so naturally, even if one is emotionally well-evolved?
Why then this insane fear of losing Aditya
If her own new found confidence was so all-encompassing...
Our frailties make us human
Can the makers unravel Zoya...peel off the layers some more...
Can Aditya help Zoya recognize, decipher and come to terms with her deepest fears and insecurities...
Can Aditya help Zoya see her through his eyes...
Will Zoya ever realise that her inner beauty simply overshadows everything else...
Will Zoya ever accept that she can measure up as a true friend...an understanding lover...and, a hugely successful wife some day??
Not only because Aditya and Zoya are made for each other
It's because they will evolve into individuals who will make it work...no matter what!
They will be aware of the "why"
The "how" will just be incidental! :)
CVs, can you please give Zoya Siddiqui her due...as you too would agree, she completely deserves it...in fact it's long overdue!!
Would love to know your thoughts too, people, as we embark on the next phase...of Aditya and Zoya's journey...a roller-coaster ride, actually! š
Cheers!
DocD
P.S.: The one thing that I have always LOVED is how Zoya addresses Aditya by his full name...please, please, CVs...DON'T ever change it to Adi and "tum"...
Using "Tum" is only Aditya's prerogative...for Zoya!! :)
