If the buzz is to be believed Naira would get jealous after watching Kaashi in the park jogging together and later in the party Aashi and Karthik's couple dance and in jealousy will start dancing solo.
Her injury would re surface and she would be taken to hospital. Wherein Karthik too would get to know he injury truth but won't be affected.
So does that mean Karthik won't understand Naira even after knowing about her accident and cvz would drag it till the revelation of Mansi's pregnancy and Mansi's suicide attempt.
Karthik would learn his lesson only after getting blamed for Mansi's mishap by Surekha Akhilesh and after getting thrown out of home by Manish.
I think he would also be blamed by Naksh and Singhaniyas for Naira's condition (If Naira risks her life for Mansi)
