Considering settling down with Ukraine lady.

Ukraine women are considerably one of the most beautiful women I have seen. I have my personal contact with these women when I was in Ukraine on a site for a company project that we have been working on. It's actually located in the city of Odessa which is a beautiful city when it comes to its architectural designs. I will be back a month from now and will be staying there for three years to have an on-hand management with the project. I am actually looking forward to settle down with a Ukraine woman and I am wondering how and where I should start. I am not really familiar yet of the culture of the country so I find it difficult to think of a way to start this. Also, your opinion will help me in adjusting to a new environment. Thanks a lot.
