I think they want to give the debut award to Sara and Janhvi both...with Ananya/Tara in the mix it would be just too difficult.

Possibly they didn't want it to be a release between two big movies TOH and Robot 2.0 releasing at the start and end of the month. As movies between two big release in the same month hardly do big business and with Tiger's last release being blockbuster, they are possibly wanting a less congested and pressure free release date.
