R- thank you so much ishita when my own dept is against me , you are trusting and supporting me .

I- mujhe to aap par trust karna hi tha , you don't worry I will take you out clean . You just tell me everything from beginning.

R- actually I too don't know much about it , it all happened just suddenly .

I- achcha tell me who is the woman , who has put this allegation on you .

R- she is wife of one of my inspector , I had caught him red handed taking bribe for releasing a goon, he has even killed an innocent man in place of guilty person by taking bribe. Even that bribe come to me also but I denied while he took that and tried to release the goon . I caught him and he is in jail now , his wife came to me for help but I didn't budged that's why she has now done this .

Ishita thought for sometimes and spoke " I think it's not only her but some more people must be supporting her ".

R- don't know but ishita I think it's not safe for you involve in this . You please stay away from all this , I don't want anyone to hurt you .

I- Raman you know very well that I don't fear about all these , jab main anjaan logo ke liye lad sakti hoon to ye to aap hain . It's not necessary that we should mouth everything , I think you know what you mean to me .

R- I do understand ishita that's why I don't want you to involve in this all , it's not that small which it's looking like .

I- aapke bina jeene ka koi matlab bhi to nahi hai , I can't even imagine my life without you .

Raman opened his arms for her , she went near him and engulfed herself in his arms , he held her palm and spoke kissing it's back " I m so sorry ishita ".

I- why are you saying sorry .

R- in our society it's men duty to keep his lady safe but in our case you are going to save me instead you are entering in danger due to me .

I- aap ye sab faaltu baatein chod kar wo bolo which will actually give me deal to fight for you .

R- nahi boloonga to mera case nahi ladegi .

I- wo to main tab bhi ladoongi but just think what you will have to do to manofy me , once you get free from here .

R- I will be waiting eagerly for that moment, will do everything to manofy you .

I- you mean to say you are not going to say that now.

R- no , actually I never wanted to say that because my life is full of danger , see this . That's why I never wanted to include anyone in my life , even I m still telling you to stay away from this all .

I- to meri life kaun si nahi simple hai , I too deal with criminals not only criminals but with rapist daily . Even I too never wanted to confess my feelings to you even but I think it's the perfect time to say " I love you Raman , duniya maane ya na maane I know you are innocent and I will take you out from all this that to without a single spot .

R- you know ishita this was much needed for me , you trust me that's enough for me. But still you have to wait for my confession because I don't want to propose my lady love as a criminal .

I- I can wait till then , chalo bahut ho gayi pyaar mohabbat ki baatein . Now tell me , if you can help me in some ways.

R- police has many ways , first you can get some footage from cctv camera which is fixed in my room .

They were still talking when the constable came and informed that they had talked much and their time is over . Ishita kissed Raman temple and spoke " thanks for the clue , soon you will be free man ".

Saying so she went out of the cell and directly went to his office , she went to inspector pathak who was Raman's confidant , he helped ishita in getting some important cctv footage which can help her . Then she went to hospital along with pathak to know the test result of that lady . She knows that may be it can be changed to she took the pic of original copy in her mobile and took a photocopy of it and get it certified by the pathologist . Though he was not ready but ishita convinced him that his this help can save a innocent person . Finally he signed ishita's copy of test results , so that even if the original copy is replaced hshe can produce it in the court .

Ishita didn't even slept nicely for next two days and prepared her case . Finally today is the hearing, today is hita's main motive was to get bail for Raman as she cannot see anyone blaming him . Soon the court hearing started , the public prosecutor saw ishita and spoke mocking her " arey ishita ji you, we have always see you fighting for victims , how come you are fighting for a rapist ".

I- no sir , I m still fighting for a victim .

Pp- you mean to say that SP Raman bhalla is innocent .

I- obviously , he is innocent .

Pp- you know all the evidences are against him .

I- I know that , but still I know he is innocent and I will prove it .

Pp- it's not you but your love is saying .

Ishita glared him when the pp spoke " don't see me like this , everybody knows that you two have illegitimate relationship ".

He spoke loudly in front of court,audible to everybody , even judge . The judge even scolded him for arguing before starting the case when ishita spoke " thank you your honour ".

Judge ordered " now the court may proceed. "

The clerk got up and announced the case. Ishita then submitted the application of bail for Raman , for which the pp started argument and told that it's against rule to give a bail to a rapist . Ishita objected and spoke that Raman is only accused how pp can call him rapist . The judge warned pp , not to call Raman by that . Ishita stood up from her place and submitted a CD, which was played . It showed that the lady who has accused Raman was pleading him to free her husband at any cost while he was denying saying that her husband had done a crime by taking bribe and killing an innocent person . The footage played some more in which the lady offered money and herself to Raman , for freeing her husband while he was still denying . Then the clip ended, ishita then passed the authenticity report of that clip proving it to be original and spoke " your honor here we can clearly see in footage that this woman is ready to give anything in return of her husband's release.

J- humm.

I- to madam will you please tell me ,if you yourself was ready to bed with him,then why the hell he will force you ,and above all if he wanted to molest you or force you why he will call you at his office . aadmi aisi cheeze wahaan karta hain kahaan koi proof na ho na ki apne office mein jahaan ki CCTV camera is there .

PP- but the footage of the rape time has been deleted.

I- Mr public prosecutor ,I think you all are forgetting that you are dealing with a police officer ,who very well knows that ,if he will delete footage of his CCTV camera , he will get suspected . so it's not rocket science to prove that cctv footage have been tampered .

The pp got silent while ishita asked bail for Raman on the footage basis which the judge granted soon as it was proving that Raman may be innocent .
