We know why they gang raped her, they're sick that's not even up for debate. I'm going by the article so there can be many maybes' but it's stated she was raped by him and upon calling 2nd time she went again so they have to clear if it was statutory rape or something else.

BI: exactly there has to be a cut point and the cut point is given keeping in mind that we're mature enough to make that decision of having sex. I've seen 15yr old very mature and then I've seen a 25yr old who's still not mentally ready to have sex.

They themselves can't come up with one number, somewhere it's 16 and somewhere else 18. Few countries it's even 14,15.

Saying it's rape because you had sex with a 17yr old with consent but it's not consent because she's an innocent child who can't make that decision it's another thing she's having gang bangs or somewhere else it's consensual and mature enough to make that decision 😆

I don't really care about this whole thing just keep it 18 everywhere but I've an issue with their brainwashing people.

As long as INDIA don't allow rapists to be hanged in public within 15 days of the incident. NOTHING will change in INDIA.

When u take out rallies in support of such people and the ministers backs them and then a huge section of the society starts justifying the accused as a victim , it sends out a message to others that they can too do such stuffs and get support later by acting as victims. Same way lynching have increased in the country. We as a society have started excusing these actions and the end result is this. More and more children are falling victim to this sick mentality
