If Darius can go to India and try to take over the country, if Porus can be born on the same day as Alexander, then anything can happen.
Even if Barsine is in love with Porus, I don't think they will go so far as to show her marrying him. She will end up as Alexander's wife, though maybe not by choice. I doubt we'll see the marriage in the show, though. It will probably end at or right after the battle of the Hydaspes.
