I am having big problem with inactive moderator of this forum. I don't know such types of posts are allowed on IF or not? But as a moderated forum, we have all rights to show our displeasure towards how inactive moderator is affecting our activities and environment of this forum.
First thing first,
This is my personal issue. As I have said last month that I will be conducting OS writing contest, so I PMed for permission to Mod *Shruti* and all three DTs.
The DTs replied they don't have power to give permission and they forwarded my application per say to Shruti.
After 10 days she replied and asked me a question whether I have organised such contest earlier or not?
I replied to her and since then she didn't read the PM.
It is almost one month passed since my first PM.
Second, our threads don't get sticky as even DTs don't have power to make them sticky.
Third and most important, whenever we report any thread for spreading negativity and that is against IF code and conduct, no action is taken in time, this exponentially rises the issue and results in more negativity and pollution here.
Why we don't have any viewbie? What the precedure to change the mod?
Senior members here please guide so that we can do something in the interest of this forum.
