Raman was sitting all worried for simmi while nurse and ward boy were going and coming out of the OT, Raman was asking all of them about simmi but no-one was telling him anything. At last he couldn't wait and knocked the door.
Nurse open the door and said -what happened, why u r troubling us. Don't u know we r busy in operation.
Raman -sorry to disturb u but please bataiye woh kaisi hai. I can't stay relaxed, mujhe bahut darr lag raha hai.
Nurse -abhi kuch nahi bola jaa sakta, blood loss bahut ho gaya hai, shayad dono mein se ek hi bach paaye yaa shayad dono hi. She was saying when ishita said -stop it. Saying so she went to her and said -what u r doing here, instead of helping me there, u r disturbing him.
Nurse -not me but he is disturbing me.
Ishita -u go from here. She said to the nurse and then said turning to Raman -aap please pareshan mat hoiye, I am trying my level best to save them.
Raman fold his hand and said -pleaae save her and the baby, agar usse kuch ho gaya toh main jee nahi paaunga.
Ishita hold his hand and said -i am trying my level best, aap please himmat rakhiye. She said and went inside while Raman settle down praying for simmi.
After an hour, Raman could finally hear the baby's cry. He got up in excitement and start pacing to and fro waiting anxiously for the good news.
After ten minutes, ishita came out and said -congratulations, beti hui hai. Nurse usse clean kar rahi hai, soon she will be in ur arms. She said smiling.
Raman smiled fully and asked -aur simmi, woh kaisi hai??
Ishita -she is fine, abhi kuch der mein unhe room mein shift kar diya jayega, then u can see her. She said making Raman sighed in relief. He hugged ishita in a reflex action abf said -thank u doc .he said and hugged her happily making ishita shocked.
Ishita -mr, please behave.
Raman realised what he did and said breaking the hug -sorry doc, woh excitement mein ho gaya. Really sorry. He said in embarrassment looking down.
Ishita smiled and said -its OK, baap banne ki khushi aisi hi hoti hai, but next time please behave. Saying so she was going when Raman said -no, u r mistaken. She is my sister not my wife. Meri toh abhi shaadi bhi nahi hui.
Ishita -oh, sorry. I misunderstood.
Raman -its OK, Raman kumar bhalla. He said for forwarding his hand.
Ishita shaked hand with him and said -dr ishita iyer.
Raman -thank u so much dr ishita, u saved my sister and her baby too. I really don't know how to thank u.
Ishita -main bataun,just enjoy this moment. It comes after much wait. She was saying when the nurse came out and handed the baby to Raman. He smiled fully and took the baby in his arms. But as he was inexperienced he couldn't hold the baby properly and the baby's head fell. Ishita held it in time and said -hold it properly, Mr bhalla. Iska sar bahut sensitive hai.
Raman -oh sorry, and thank u too. He said holding the baby properly. He look at her face and kissed her saying -my ananya, aakhir tum mamu ke paas aa hi gayi. He said and pecked her temple while she was just looking at him. He smiled and hugged the baby tightly and ishita went to her cabin looking at Raman smiling.
He was lost in his thought when he heard her calling him,raman.
Raman opened his eyes and saw ishita standing infront of him still wearing her heavy lehenga.
Raman -kya hua, u want something??
Ishita nodded in yes.
Raman asked what.
Ishita -i need to change.
Raman -oh u want me to go out. But u can change in changing room too.
Ishita -no no, I want clothes. Mere paas kapde nahi hai.
Raman got up from his place and said walking towards the cupboard-now this is kuch bhi ishita, pura wardrobe bhara hua hai and u r not getting clothes to wear. He said and open the cupboards one by one.
Ishita look at the cupboards and got shocked. all cupboards were filled of different types of clothes.
Ishita -yeh sab kya hai, Raman??
Raman -kapde ,ishita .
Ishita -mere liye, itne saare.
Raman -haan ,different clothes for different occasion. Tumhe joh pasand hai pehan lo. Jaise yeh sarees, for u to wear when u go to hospital. Yeh kurti -leggings,to wear in home. Yeh evening gowns for parties. Aur yeh nightgowns ,night mein pehanne ke liye. See this one, he said showing her a blue see through nightie.
Raman -i want u to wear this one when we will take our relationship ahead. Matlab jab hum kareeb aayenge, I want u to wear this one. But I know u r not ready yet so take ur time. But whenever u want us to take our relationship ahead, u can wear this. Main samajh jaaunga. He was busy in saying while ishita was just looking down not knowing how to meet his eyes. She was blushing hard hearing him while he was talking like its the most normal thing in the world.
Seeing her discomfort Raman said-kuch jyada bakwaas kar li naa, OK sorry. Jao change kar lo. Joh tumhe pasand ho woh pehan lo. Waise toh I love to see u in blue, but for now tumhe joh pasand ho,woh pehan lo.tum mujhe har colour mein sundar lagti ho, aying so he went while ishita stood there for long thinking what to wear.
Her hand went to the blue saree many times and she even think to wear blue saree only but then decided otherwise and picked a red Saree.
Ishita changed into a red chunari print saree and came out. She opened her long hair and start combing it while her eyes were going again and again on her filled partition. She touched it and closed her eyes like trying to feel the feelinf again when he filled her partition. She don't want to, but she was feeling contented everytime she was remembering the moment he filled her partition. Her heart was thudding hard like it will come out anytime.
Ishita -yeh kya ho raha hai mujhe, why I am feeling good in place of getting angry. Kahin mujhe raman se pyaar,nahi nahi. I can't even think of it. Mujhe raman se pyaar nahi karna, infact kisi se pyaar nahi karna. She was thinking and then thought again looking at Raman who was laying on the couch closing his eyes-main kisi aur se pyaar kar hi nahi sakti, mere pyaar par sirf Raman ki adhikaar hai . Woh mere pati hai, mera pyaar yaa toh unke liye hoga yaa kabhi hoga hi nahi. Thinking so she went to the bed, picked a blanket and went to him. She covered raman properly and went. Though she don't want to but couldn't stop smiling seeing him sleeping like a small baby. She smiled softly and went out leaving Raman sleeping peacefully.
