Actually Mumtaz is jealous of janani from day 1 because HMs made janani the captain and not her in the first week
Ever since then, there is a Cold War... janani gets irritated with Mumtaz bossiness, so she too sided Nithya when she could have been neutral when there was a fight between M and N
Mumtaz already mentioned about janani being unhygienic twice, one during nomination - when she clearly knows it would be aired, and another with KH, again knowing it would be aired, that too the way it was said was offensive...
Where as I don't see janani publicly humiliating Mumtaz, except that she gossips about her to others, but that too with HMs who think the same...
Janani also has many flaws, but Mumtaz is worse...
@bold - NOT true. The previous day (before the fight), it was Janani who addressed egg rationing. The next day itself she wanted a special egg for herself, despite allocations being over for all of them. Nithya made eggs for everyone coz most people would like to have it/it's not fair for others. Hence Mumtaz was upset coz she decided to do something else with the eggs so that it fits everyone at night, and Nithya should have known that according to prior team discussion, like Mahat did at that point of time. So, Ms. Captain decided to support Nithya.
Regarding Janani being unhygienic. I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt to Mumtaz coz she's way more honest, when compared to Janani. I'm not judging, but it's up to Janani to prove it wrong if at all she thinks it's a false accusation. Tbh, I don't even think about that. It doesn't seem like a big problem, I mean they are all still coexisting in the same house without any major issues. Like everyone mentioned, Mumtaz only brought that up when Kamal sir directly asked. What reason she wants to cite during nominations is COMPLETELY HER PREROGATIVE.
Besides, I came across a comment on twitter, apparently Janani said that she had OCD during one of the morning masala episodes. If that's the case, shouldn't she be taking extra care to clean the plates, as Mumtaz gave that example for Janani being unhygienic. I haven't washed dishes more than a couple of times in my entire life, but I have pretty strong OCD, I need whatever I do to be done to perfection, or it bothers me. Janani just contradicts herself a lot.
And Mumtaz herself pointed out that Janani said that she was learning and it was okay. She also said there was another personal reason that she wasn't comfortable sharing. Without knowing the entire story, we cannot just assume who's justified.
Secondly, we all saw what Balaji did with that idly plate. It was unhygienic and wrong! 😵 But I've seen morning/midnight masala episodes where Balaji constantly cleans and keeps the kitchen area so clean. So what do we conclude?
If it bothers Janani so much, she must prove it wrong.
