this can only be answered when there is a show based on naag-human love story...

in EK's world of Naagins...yes when a naagin consummate with a human...she will loose her powers...shivanya lost her powers after consummation with ritik in S1...shivangi did not loose her powers after consummation with rocky becos he was a naag in S2...lets see how S3 goes...
