Possible and pukeworthy explanation of why pooja didn't sign divorce papers:

like you said sakshi knew about the affair told her to end it and go back to Aditya. Pooja listened to her only to find out she became pregnant with yash's baby because he was hugely in debt she didn't sign the paper so that hooda family can provide the expenses of the unborn baby basically what i'm trying to say is that she could have tried to let Adi and his family think the baby was his 🤢 😆

See the only way i see adi joining "Yash bachao campaign" is if the baby is his.. to get justice for his unborn child.. cuz in the precap the doc said pooja said that the babys fathers name was yash.

so maybe pooja did want to settle down with yash.. got preggo didnt know who the baby daddy was... went for a dna test.. found out it was Adis and decided to stay with him.. hence unsigned divorce papers

If this case got reopened then papa hooda might submit pooja's post mortem reporting which might stste that the baby is aditya's baby bot yash..that is the reason she didnt sign divorce papers..
