They met as stranger with a mis-understanding!!
On her way to meet her future husband, Meera met Vivaan Kapoor. The day their fate got entangled with each other!

Vivaan came to India with his sister and a baggage of past...to search for her mother.
Meera being a lively girl has a pressured life of getting married. Being born as a girl, the only wish that her family has for her is to
get her married to a NRI. The biggest obstacle being herself, as she doesnt wanted to change.
Having a long list of failed alliance, she got a good alliance in form os Sumer, who was her once childhood friend.
The fate of Meevan started getting entangled with Vivaan searching for his Mother, and Meera's requirement to get married to please her mother.
On their journey, Vivaan started helping Meera, to build trust so that he can get information about the lost pair of Bangle which she had.
The Bangle, the only clue which can lead him to his mother.
Meera although having trust issue started to understand the man behind The Vivaan Kapoor.
The first encounter of Meera with actual Vivaan Kapoor was in the Temple, where he got locked and Meera helped him out. The small incident made Vivaan more human.
Similar incident at the store room, when she learned about the horrifying past of Vivaan, made Meera realize the vulnerable side of Vivaan
The same incident made Vivaan for first the time lean on somebody else. From childhood, he has only leaned on himself, and never needed any shelter.
From the same day, he became protector for Meera knowingly. He started saving her from any disgrace, problems openly without any reasons.
Though Meera still had her trust issues with Vivaan - recall Mehendi fiasco wherein she blamed Vivaan, yet upon seeing blood from her hands, Vivaan wanted to treat her before himself.
Vivaan when saved Meera from the public insult during Mehendi, she started laying her trust on him.
She never hesitated once, leaving her marriage behind, to bring Vivaan back from airport, when she learned his mother is alive. A gesture which melted Vivaan completely.
Without his own knowledge, he started falling for her. The urge to protect Meera from all evils started growing too strong in him. When he learnt about the bitter truth of Sumer's real face,
he forgot his own status and did whatver he can to save Meera from the marriage.
But the inevitable happened, and the table turned. Sumer being a lowest of lowest person, disgraced Meera in front of full family and friends. Vivaan never hesitated once in shielding her from all.
He went beyond his own limit and married her to save her and her family's reputation!!
Their Journey as married couple started. It started with entry of Roma, step mother of Vivaan and Amaya. Being evil herself, she tried her best to end Meevan marriage and add hurdles in search for Pammi Kapoor
Meera being a clever girl, started seeing through her plans and started defending/protecting Vivaan and Amaya from her evil plans.
All the test and tribunals however, brought meevan closer. Vivaan started falling hard for her. Mentally he started preparing himself that he will leave soon, and all these will end, but with each passing day it was hard for him to distance himself from her.
He started loving liking the idea of being close to her.
Meera on the other hand, started spreading her protective nature arround Vivaan. She felt immensely grateful for all the help he has extended for her and her family. She started going out of her way to save Vivaan from all evilness of Roma.
Starting from saving Amaya, disguising herself in various manner, hiding behind various shields, Meera has always helped Vivaan to search for his mother.
Till now we have seen the Journey of Vivaan. His journey of falling in love with Meera.
From his hatred towards Meera to trusting her,
From Shutting himself down in pain away from all to caring for Meera
From hatred towards women to immense love for Meera
Meera's journey of love is yet to start. She is yet to start her journey of realization.
