a couple episodes back Waseem Siddiqui said that the house belonged to zoya because he paid yash to buy the house? - how can adi go ahead and sell it then??

and what the what is going on!! ..

I don't understand what zoya stands to gain anymore by clearing yash's name in the court of law ..who the heck cares about yash - OK his immediate family - and they all know the actual truth based on the diary ..what is the use now to prove it in the court of law?! that guy doesn't even exist!! ..and doesn't seem like the world cares about it either - to all those that ever bothered about yash - the truth is in the open!

want this story back on track ..Adi better go back to flying and figure out your life ..I think CVs will next move on to arnoor love story and their marriage ..and chance meetings thereby of zo and adi ..

whatever "love" I thought adi had in him for zo ..I no longer feel that ..it's mostly on humanity as of now :)

i think coz zosh couldn't pay the money back isliye zosh band ho gayi.. and coz pooja took money from adi so ab he wants his money back uska ghar sell kark? shayad yash ne ghar k papers rakhwaye honge?

em not sure tbh.. aaj waise hi dimag ka dahi hua hai😆

So he will ask Zoya to pay his 5 chores or he will sell her house to get his 5 chores.

Wonder where are papa and mama Siddiqui? Saw only Madhu and Mahi in tomorrow's precipitation.

I too am confused that how can he sell the house when the house is neither in his name nor is it bought with his money. Kal tak wait karna padega to find out the answer.

Seriously! Yash ne Zoya ki itni burai ki diary mein yet Zoya is back to doing Yash jaap and doesn't want to accept again that he cheated on her. I hope Adi again gets her out of her delusional world.

Oh my they screwed up in property matters too..Yash too a loan of 1 cr against his office for getting a flat in one of the most prime areas, he took the balance money from zoya s dad too.. only the flat is free from any encumberance..During the office sealing track, zoya realised that it was wrong on her part to ask Yash to get a flat when he was rigid about it..

Has Adi signed a agreement with Zoya that against him taking over the liabilities, he can do what ever her wants with the existing properties...Or cvs want us to.assume that since Adi took over everything..nothing belongs to Zoya

Yes it's true that clearing a dead person name isn't relevant now bcos even if you prove that he was in love..mud singling will be there anyways.. only thing ..INSURANCE can be claimed if Yash died in a car accident...that's the only benefit

Jo bhi hoo Adi should take Yash's everything, that cheater digested adis money without any sharam. Adi should throw Yash's family to road without any shram. Cheater died without paying karma, his family should pay now.

Pooja invested in Zosh which is on Zoya's name. As per my knowledge court can seize other property of a person who couldn't return the investment on time.
