HELP! I don't know what to wear on our first meet.

HELP! I met a foreign guy online at some random site that I was in. We both exchanged messages for quite a while in and out of the site and we even do video calls sometimes. He is a really nice guy and I actually developed a liking for him. He told me he was going to visit my country and asked me if I can meet him during his visit. Of course, I am excited to meet this guy. I mean, who wouldn't? He's handsome and has this really warm smile. Basically, he is gorgeous and I have a feeling that he is someone rich. I don't want to disappoint him when he sees me so I need your help on what I should wear. Should I just go with the basic country girl or try to be elegant and fancy? What do you think?
