Here is what the cast of Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na is up to now.
Imran Khan Jai Singh Rathore (Rats)
Imran Khan's debut in Bollywood is marked by this sweet rom-com that we will always remember as best performance yet. The actor has been seen in a couple of movies since then, but no other movies have been as big a hit as this one.
Genelia D'souza Aditi Mahant (Meow)
The cute and bubbly Aditi who has one of the most popular songs to her credit left a lasting impression with her amazing performance in the movie. We saw her a couple of times in a few more movies but nothing could match this hit. Now Genelia is happily married to the love of her life, Riteish Deshmukh and a proud mother.

Nirav Mehta Jignesh (Jiggy)
The Gujju bhai from the lot, Jiggy was a character we all loved. Nirav Mehta who was just 20 back then and essayed the role of this cool Gujurati boy very nicely. After the movie's success, Nirav worked in a couple of TV shows and some advertisments. The actor is currently residing in the USA where he is working on international projects at the moment.
Alishka Vardhe Sandhya (Bombs)
The sweet character of Sandhya played by Alishka Vardhe was just too cute for us to handle. Alishka was last seen in the Bollywood movie, Jhoota Hi Sahi. Alishka is now married and into DIY projects and planning parties with her hubby with their venture called Happy People.
Karan Makhija Ravindran (Rotlu)
The comic character, Rotlu was one of our favourites. His moves in the song Pappu Can't Dance were especially epic. This actor after gaining recorgnition with Anuraj Kashyap's No Smoking and Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na decided to explore the production side of movies. He was the executive producer for the movies Adhe Adhure and Dance Like a Man in 2014.
Sugandha Garg Shaleen
Everyone will agree that Shaleen was the coolest character in the film. Sugandha Garg portrayed the role of Aditi's girl best friend and did that very well. In fact, her acting in the movie seemed effortless. After this hit, Sugandha acted in a couple of more Bollywood movies including My Name is Khan and Tere Bin Laden.
Prateik Babbar - Amit Mahant
Aditi's artistic younger brother, Amit was a character that we all will remember forever. Prateik Babbar's debut was definitely a challenging one which he played with finesse, so much so, that he won dozens of award nominations and a couple of awards. After that the actor went ahead to act in Kiran Rao's movie named Dhobi Ghat which earned him some more appreciation. Followed by a few more films which unfortunately underperformed at the box office.
PS: How time flies!! I was just out of high school and waiting to join college when this film released. At that time i don't even know hindi. But still i enjoyed it a lot.Wonderful music & few lovable characters.whats ur memories about this film and ur fav character?
