I have a best friend whom I met in a new year's party dating

service I attended years ago. After getting acquainted with her, we became best of friends. She's not like any other girl. She's sporty, that's why I like her. She's outgoing and fun to be with. She loves music too, just like me. Music is one of the reasons why we like to hang out with each other. We have been so comfortable together. Because of that, I fall for her. But here's the thing... I don't want her to know because I'm afraid she won't believe me or worse, she will stay away from me. I don't want that to happen. How can I confess my feelings without making her feel awkward? How can I confess my feelings without her feeling betrayed? Help, please!

Talk to her sometimes indirectly about love and see her reactions...Whether she is comfortable or not...If you get positive replies from her that means she is also interested in you..but if her replies are not positive you have to except that she don't love you and just consider you her good friend...There is the power of six sense in Women that tell her what the Guy feel for her...But that sense would only come when you talk about your feelings indirectly.So when She will have idea about your likeness she would herself reply you...If she is being the same that means she loves you too but If she wants to say no she would also tell you indirectly...by giving some examples or through silly jokes.
