Are Chongqing women always this friendly?

My brother is on a business trip to China for a few weeks and invited me to tag along since I'm currently on my summer vacation. When we arrived however, I was really surprised with how friendly the Chongqing women seem to be. They seem really accommodating and tend to ask a lot of questions about where I'm from and what my hobbies are. This makes it hard for me to determine if they are interested in dating me or if they're just friendly? Let me know what you guys think.
