If someone writes a book on history of Naagin 3, I guess the writer should have a thermostat to measure temperature, 37 is normal but yes 38c can be counted as hot

Well , MaVish doesn't have any chemistry for me . So I'm totally glad tht even such a possibility is discarded quickly in the show.

But , Bela is the main Naagin , so it has to be Bela with Mahir . The ML can not get married to the side character , even if she's naagin .
