Guys, yet another one from me.. 😊 I cant seem to help it.. am affected at so many different levels.. that I have to share it all here..
This post is about parents and children..

That BP is as close to realism we get on ITV is something that we have discussed for long... And today yet another instance jumped out me..

Aditya has for long been vocal about his dislike for his dad.. he had his reasons yes.. but when he fell into trouble.. all he could think of was to get his dad to him.. His trust in his dad is unshakable.. He became the child to his dad.. there was never a doubt that given the way I have been thusfar with him. my dad may refuse to come etc..
He has such confidence in his dad's capabilities.. that Papa hooda has never lost a case..Adi striking Rajvir was coz Rajvir pushed his mom.. And for Adi, that was an instinctive reaction.. whatever between him and his mom,

Similarly, the Siddiques.. the daughters ran away.. hurt them.. but at first call of trouble, they came running.. such is the bond.. This is so unlike what we see where parents hold onto life size egos.. For me thats the beauty of BP - its realism.. this is how it is in real life too.. Howmuchever fights or misunderstanding one has with one's parents, we all cry out for them first.. to come and rescue us.. this is that one relationship where betrayal doesn't exist..

Beautiful!

Khoon ka rishta.. u said it..

Thats where a Sakshi can betray adi despite everything.. whereas Anjana can never..

And thats where a Sakshi and Madhu still justifies Yash and Pooja's behaviour.. own child.. khoon ka rishta..

Exactly! No matter how much problems Adi and his dad had with each other, both of them trust each other and are there for each other. Papa Hooda will do everything to save Adi and Adi knows that. He is not a selfish man who will take advantage of his parent love and then later will start disliking them again. He forgot his dad's past mistakes and called him Papa and hugged him dearly after many many years.

On the other hand, Sakshi whom he loved and respected more than his mom didn't bother much about him except for coming to Hooda mansion as a formality.

Similarly, Zoya also had problems with her father for years, ever since she chose that loser Yash over him. But Papa Siddiqui too came to Mumbai and stayed in the police station in spite of keeping fast for his daughter.

On the other hand, the selfish and hypocrite Madhu who claimed to be loving Zoya more than her own daughter didn't even botherto know how she is.

There's a reason why parents are next to God for children and blood relationships always bind people no matter how long they are away from each other.

Agreed...I love how the Adi genuinely believed his father would come to his rescue...after all the bad blood between them...this was great to see.
What was even more surprising was Waseem Siddiqui's regret of not being there for his daughters in their time of need. I was sure he would be worried more of Zoya having destroyed the family's reputation...but no...he only cares about being there for his daughter now. I loved that! Considering everything Zoya has been through...this is a change that she will be most grateful for too.

@bold - great point.. I remember when the press came knocking at the Siddique's.. it was infact Zoya's mom who went like.. ye kya ho gaya.. our reputation went into dust etc.. but surprisingly Waseem didnt care about that.. his reaction was our kids are suffering there.. I was super impressed with the characterization..
