2) for wanting to 'help' people designated as 'criminals'

Because Mr. Hooda seems calm like he trying to stall Rajveer. So if spoilers are true that Rajveer will get suspended then they might be waiting for his boss. So that's why Mr. Hooda said Adi in a tone like "dude chill" instead of his typical stern tone.

People saying there was a phone conversation that was not fully shown. Idk I only read the written update for the 6/6 episode. So if anything that might have been the conversation.

Idk just a theory. We will find out in tomorrow episode.
