released last week, and fans can't stop
going gaga over Ranbir Kapoor. The 35-
year-old actor has stepped into the shoes of
Sanjay Dutt for his biopic, and going by the
posters and trailer, Ranbir has come very
close to portraying Bollywood's original
Khalanyak on the big screen. However, looks
like Sanju baba's close friend Salman Khan
isn't too impressed with Ranbir's act
throughout the film.
In fact, the 52-year-old actor believes that
Dutt himself should have been a part of his
story, particularly in the last portions. He
added that he does not understand why
someone else played Dutt's last decade in
the film.
According to a report in DNA, Salman at a
Race 3 event recently talked about buddy
Sanjay and his biopic. He said that Dutt
himself should have played the last decade
in the film as no one else can do justice to
that.
"Even for the movie Sanju, I thought why did
somebody else play his part? No one can do
justice to that. The last bit of the film, Sanju
only should have played it himself. The last
portion of the last eight to ten years, Sanju
only should have done it," Salman told the
daily.
However, Salman added that he feels
Rajkumar Hirani would have made a good
film.
"Raju Hirani is a very sensible filmmaker, I
am sure he has made a good film," he said.
On the work front, Salman is gearing up for
Race 3 along with Jacqueline Fernandez, Anil
Kapoor and Bobby Deol. The film is set to hit
the screens on June 15.
