Great interview. Nice to hear from Sonam herself that she met Anand during the promotions of Prem a Ratan which was in late 2015 . They got engaged a year after, and married now.
So they have not been dating for a long drawn out time as claimed earlier but only since end 2015, I guess when it feels right you marry fast. They aren't even together for three years.

Idk man. She was wearing Bhane & hanging around him in 2014 so Idk if she actually met him then. Maybe she did. Since she was reported to be with a Sahil Berry, a London based businessman & model.

Regarding sonam's relationship. She said she ordered her wedding outfit way back in 2016. So she would have got engaged and married in the same year or is it cos the designer takes a long time to come up w the designs?

she ordered her wedding outfit in Aug/September of 2016. So she was already dating him for a solid 9-12 months and was sure about him. She got enhanced to him around March/April 2017 roughly 1,5 years after dating. She did wear a Bhane brooch or top in 2014, but she was not with him, it was probably just something she liked. She said here that she met him during PRem Ratan promotions, considering PRDP released on 18th November 2015 she must have met him in September 2015 at the earliest. The first time Anand also celebrated Diwali and other festivals with her family was from 2016 onwards. So it definitely makes sense. Also she was with Sahil Berry up until mid 2014. And even Salman was pulling her leg during prDP saying boyfriend bei mil jayega friend bhi miljayega. I think she was single after the Berry guy up until she met Anand. Even during interviews around that time 2015/2014 she was saying she was single. She started saying no comment on her relationship status from 2016 onwards when Anand hanging around her was visible to everyone.
Also Sonam and her core friend group were pulling her legs and she had some sorts of bet /talks going on with them about marrying at 32. She was always supposed to get married in March but obviously due to Sri passing etc they couldn't keep up with their original planning.
Either way Anand was not around in 2014, he came into her life sometime in mid if not late 2015. It does not matter how long one dates anyways what matters is it feeling right and for Sonam Anand feels right.

she got engaged to him last year I.e. early 2017.

LMFAOOO I LOVE how they took Masand's case rap Swara with her excellent "in a democracy we respect the minority!" Super well put! 🤣 🤣

One of my favorite interviews from their promotions. You can just see as to how ecstatic they are and it's kind of contagious because the bond between all of them seems so darn genuine. Swara's comebacks are always so on point! 😆 I dig how they kept letting Rajeev know that he's one of the few critics who didn't like the movie , a whole lot did! 😆Haven't seen the movie yet , hoping to catch it next week but it's darn rad to see this movie doing so well considering the preconceived notions that were there about how it might not do well at the BO, not to mention the campaigns on SM to bring it down. Despite all that , the movie has shattered some records so kudos to these girls man for not just making such a kickass film but for also continuing to speak their minds.

The happiness is infectious. Sonam and Swara are the most validated -- they've faced the most flak, struggle, and been ridiculed by one and all. It's obvious Sonam sees this as a final validation for all the struggle Rhea and her have had to put in since Aisha days to get this genre established in BW.

I agree with Sonam when she said Swara is her lucky charm because Swara was in her 3 movies with sonam that did well box office.

Rajeev gave 2 stars for the movie & had called it a slog fest. I do feel there's something wrong with rajeevs taste. Or may be he likes art stuff. VDW was fun & very entertaining movie. I personally loved it😳 Next time I wouldn't rely on RM's review.
