PK never once thought to get her children back? She has become successful women after all. Surely she could have fought for custody and justice for her friend? But instead she hid behind a case of mistaken identity.

You are right... PK's 'reasons' don't seem to have depth as of now and I think we should not be expecting 'realistic' over here. Most probably there will a 2 minute bharat milaap scene where beta asks maafi, Amaya cries, Meera cries more, SM in jail and done and dusted.

TBH I found PK's 'helplessness' to protect Amaya at the hosp unconvincing. For the rich and powerful woman she is, she could have done more being the mother? Neither Roma nor Vivaan were present there. Instead she had to rely upon Meera bani Maata's help? 😕 This plot however illogical, helped meevaan progress actually... but just for one episode. 😕

The current track needs a solid justification from many sides...in no way I can think of any proper justification of this Amaya track!!
