I can't judge until I've the whole story. Here, we only have John's version. Kriarj only started having financial troubles since after Padman. So they were above board before.

I knew it. First of all John is not the type to ask someone else to fight his battles and Akshay is not the type to pick sides if he is in good terms with both parties.
