yes even from the beginning his words and his actions affected her a lot yes in betrayal episode diya in her lifetime was broken for teh first time.
she loved him since the beginning may be a few days after he came to kesar mahal.
while she thinks she loves abhay( befoer teh wedding) but he could not affect her in the same way ratan affects her.i think she got carried over with that abhay love feeling bcos at 18 she was lovey dovey with him.
she herself did not realise that her feelings towards abhay have changed after ratan came in to her life.she could recognise her love or i can say fel in love with ratan after marriage with ratan .but she loved him all the time. she was on teh verge of falling in love with him even before marriage.
its not friendship tahte xisted between them even before marriage.
as ratan said in confessin he did not know he loved her all the time .
same with diya she did not know she loved ratan before marriage she realised in court episode.
and LISA i agree with u SHE LIKES HIS GORI COLOR ..HIS HEIGHT AND HIS cutie features as i said .he is 100 times more handsome when compared to her lovey dovey feelings lover in past abhay. so she fell in love😆 regarding physical aspect
falling in love with thsi golden boy at heart who is a cutie tall gora muscled guy and who cares for her is not at all difficult.it just happens like that and it happeend to diya also .after all she is also a gal though she is a pehredaari.
and last point I BET SHE WOULD HAVE BEEN UNHAPPY IF SHE HAD MARRIED ABHAY as sooner or alter she gona realise that she is not in love with abhay.
as some one said here while discussing funnily that ratan would have realised his love after diya married abhay and diya wuld have realised her love to ratan too and she would have divorced abhay and married ratan again ..such is their bond.
