I think they look alike. What do you think? I am not good with image hunting/posting but older Noah/Ryan also looks very similar to Sameer/Randeep, IMO.

Noah and Sameer - both fell in love when 17. Both of their stories told in flashbacks. The Notebook is one amazing story & movie and same goes for Ye Un Dino ki Baat hain.
