Other than shagun, nobody else knew that roshni was having an affair with adi. Ishita only knew adi had gone rogue to the point of destroying his father, and at that time, attempting twice to burn a girl's face with acid.
You think Ishita was going to stand back and just let him burn a girl's face waiting for the police to come, or that despite the fact she shot him once in the stomach and he still attempted the second time to burn her face, he would have stopped if she shot him in one leg?
Then to actually stop him, she would have had to shoot him in both legs, and he would have never have been able to walk again, and the family would have still hated and accused her. So what is the point in saying ishita is wrong and she shot him out of choice and there was something else she could have done?
Either way, Ishita would have either had to just stand there like a statue and let him burn roshni and ruin her life forever, which nobody with a heart or humanity would have done, or just shoot him. Adi would have also gone to jail possibly for life anyway after doing that to roshni, so irregardless of what ishita did and didn't do, roshni's life would have been ruined, and adi would either be dead or in jail, and raman himself would have broken ties with adi, but he wouldn't have been able to give roshni her face back. This is the truth of how messed up and warped the writers are.
Either way, adi was a goner, and somebody's life was either going to be ruined or ended whether that was adi's, roshni's, or ishita being hated. There was no other way apart from adi seeing sense and realising what he was doing was wrong that could have stopped the situation ending badly for someone. To you, roshni slept with someone's husband, and so it doesn't matter that she gets burned, but adi being shot to stop him was a massive no-no? Really?
If anyone is a fault, it is adi for betraying his family and aliya, shagun for hiding the truth about adi's affair from aliya and just instead focusing on getting roshni out of adi's life, and raman and the family for once again not understanding why ishita did what she did and just taking the easy route of blaming her. Shagun makes me the most sick as she not only slapped ishita but is acting like she is more of a mother to the kids than ishita.
People on social media and anybody else on this forum need to stop saying ishita deserves the hatred she is getting just because she shot and killed her son, and that she had another way to stop him. No she didn't have any other way. I am saying this in response to the very illogical comments I have been seeing from fans. Plus if all this is bothering you guys so much, why is everybody still watching this show? As fans, all you are getting is track after track of the same hatred/ separation track, yet continue to watch it and contribute to trp's despite having several issues with this same track being constantly repeated, then you guys only encourage the writers to do the same track again when they want an increase in ratings.
It is nobody but the audience encouraging the writers to keep writing this same track by watching it and giving them good ratings. The moment ekta and balaji see tons of complaints on social media regarding this repetitive use of the same plot and it coinciding with low trp's, they will realise how much the viewers don't like this track and they should stop doing it.
