No i don't think Yash and Deepak jiju are same. Deepak does not have any legal claim on the property whereas Yash may have legal claim. It may be the case that he is the real waaris of the property and BA snatched everything from them, who knows.

his backstory was something like he is BAs hubbys another wifes son..and most probably BA did get rid of them..and when leela yashs mother was on death bed..she neded treatment..yash came running to BA for money..but she shew him off...and yashs mom dies..so here he is for revenge..and snatch everything from BA..especially apple of her eye..Sahil..and for that using vedika😕
