I think that he deleted when he read all bad comments on that girl. Same think, one day he posted pic with teju ( I think that it was January month) and few helly's ( I never see her serial) fan uses bad word towards tejaswi. He deleted it right away.

may be he deleted bcoz ppl were so harh towards akanksha...and he doesn't like bad comments about others specially when these comments are for girls...if it was about him he wouldn't have cared at all bcoz we know how he posted a story and replied back very maturely to that person who was accusing him of being fake and all...so yeah even he deleted a pic with teja bcoz some other celeb's fans were bashing her...so thats the reason i guess...as we know according to his ivs he's very open minded person so pranks and all are normal but some girls who drool over him just started assuming so much and aage toh you know😕
