Fantastic post! 👏👏

Kabir is given to sudden flares of anger when Zara steps on his core values and he creates huge drama. He embarrassed both of them at breakfast during their honeymoon, i liked the way Zara walked out of that situation and how Kabir tried to stop her and later got her snacks.

y'day Kabir was unaware of his action and Zara is perfectly fine with all that yelling and physical assault in public. Zara should have told him it's not done and he should've been ashamed and apologetic.
Adnan is very talented and agree the whole scene could've been dramatized w.o assaulting the heroine physically.

I think the Cvs are missing out on subtleties in this show, whether it's abuse or nepotism.

True. Manhandling was not at all needed! He could have yelled at her but why manhandle? It was so out of character for Kabeer. And about Zara interfering, that's true. Initially it was help from her side but now it is totally interfering, because Kabeer has already made it clear that he doesn't like her to help him out and he wants to do this alone. She should let him be. Precap is scary. More misunderstandings ahead.😕

But I don't think Zara in anyway is a bad life partner just because she is interfering. When I compare them both I would give Zara more marks. Even after the manhandling thing happened it was she who initiated to apologize. Mistake was partly from her side too. Not because her nazariya was wrong, but her timing was wrong.😆 I mean she could have avoided that person's remarks and left the place. There is no need to give Bashan everytime someone says something against her nazariya!

But what Kabeer did was wrong! Totally wrong and he should be the one to apologize. He never did. She initiated everything. Efforts seemed to be one sided. And kabeer's dialogue about how this difference in nazariya might affect their relationship, clearly indicated that he puts his ego above this relationship. If he considers his biwi as an important person in his life he will let go his ego and apologize to her like how Zara did. Even though she said her nazariya was right, she did apologize and Kabeer was not even ready to talk to her.

Thank you !!

Yes you have a bunch of talented actors, you have high soaring TRPs , why resort to age old desi formula? I mean we as viewers can cut thru that was not needed, that was totally uncalled for.

and Zara needs to grow up if kabeer does, both of them behaving like 5 year old kids and bringing furthur damage to a relationship that needs time and patience !

I agree that Zara did step forward to apologise but i dont think i would give more marks to Zara for that , according to me kabeer has been pretty honest about everything going in his heart with Zara,, marriage is not always a hanky panly hand holding rose bed, sometimes paths should be different and kabeer is more practical and i se his way of making this marriage work more suitable then Zara's way of handholding ! he was honest. He never hid anything from her.

Initially after kashmir when Zara was all lovey dovey, he might not have responded with equal romance but he shared his dreams and vulnerabilities with her, his complexes, that for me is far more intimate then randomly cuddling to her .. and what did Zara do? Instead of keeping his complexes a secret between them she started doing things which exposed his vulnerabilities to the whole world, that in my opinion is unpardonable ! Till now only Zara knew that Kabeer is struggling with his project and now the whole world, the shria board knows, all thanks to Zara.

I have seen people who earn brownie points because they have the courage to apologise and thus making the angry person as cruel bcz anyone who aplogizes puts a curtain on what horrible mistakes had happened prior to it ..

First post in this forum.
Simple if Someone don't like ur view s or don't want ur help then Leave it . Zara must not interfere in his matter when kabeer don't like it. Instead she must join her teaching which was shown earlier.
This show is not a hair closer to what real religion is.its only for entertainment purposewhere FL has to show her great ness and ML showing rude and manhandling attitude and later begging for forgiveness.
Instead of running behind K zara must leave himand go to her parents for some days then he will certainly miss herand to understand her good will.

I give her more points for the initiate she took. Well I am not an expert in relationships but from my perspective apology is something that plays a vital role in holding any kind of relationship. So when Zara did that inspite of kabeer's rude behaviour, somewhere she compromised her self respect for his sake. She did her part as a wife well.

But Kabeer was not ready to even talk let alone apologize. Communication is another integral part. He could have talked to her or make her understand how things got ruined for him. All of this was missing. I really liked him during Kashmir track. After that i feel like I am seeing a different Kabeer, and that is disappointing. We always knew he was conservative but not to this extent? Probably we are expecting too much from him after the Kashmir track? I think time will tell. I hope they don't mess with his character more like the manhandling incident.

And I think this is how their relationship is going to progress. I want to give them sometime, I have heard every couple faces problems in their initial phase of marriage. It's important how they overcome these ego clashes and misunderstandings and make sure their marriage doesn't fall apart.

Oooh I agree with your points!
From the very beginning we have seen that Zara is hell-bent on making Kabeer see her way...regarding triple talaq I can accept that because it is such a big and controversial issue...but how about daily life? Kabeer doesn't do things because he just feels like, but because he truly believes in it. To change a person's mindset is not like waving a magic wand, and on several occasions he has reminded her of the differences in their thinking. I liked the way she explained to him about eating on the floor; that it is good but sometimes it can be better to eat along with others. She presented her thoughts clearly, and Kabeer accepted it too.

Now coming to the issue of manhandling...why?? I thought they had always shown that despite his anger issues, Kabeer has always been gentlemanly with Zara. He doesn't agree with her, but he advises her to drop an unnecessary argument and he makes sure she is taken care of. How did that person become such a demon?? As mentioned, he is an angry man (we saw at the reception) but he should not be portrayed as a guy who physically gets his way with his wife. Also, Kabeer doesn't want any of Zara's help but he's quite happy to follow Rukhsar to a business meeting?? What even...

I get that the show is about two people with differing opinions, but there are more mature ways of getting that idea across...
