Shruti, what I do is dry grind the cocunut with a green chilly and very little cilantro for that extra flavor to tadka.Adds an even tinge of green to it. It helps to keep the beans uncovered to cook it green. Otherwise it's the same with the tadka stuff you listed

He was obviously enjoying her rant he he drove listening to her whine

"Aur Chandu ko nahi kehna samajh gayi tum? he said suddenly looking toward her

"Hum to aaj dopahar mein unke school se aate hi keh denge she said gleefully

He put his hand on her neck

"Stop it

"Suno, meri sun glasses nikal do glove compartment se? he begged

"Nahi, you have no idea, what if they call my parents, and my parents call aunty downstairs in Malviya Nagar and they tell her?

To theek hai na, tum apni aunty ko kar lo he said simply

"Do u do this a lot? she asked after sulking 30 or so kms

"Umm... take women to Rishikesh? Nahi pehli baar hai he laughed again

"Aapki jokes hasne waali nahi hain she told him categorically

"I could pull over and he stopped

He pulled over and stopped as they approached Moradabad, Veer Ji ka Dhaba it said

He walked with her toward the restaurant

He pulled on her arm and they sat down and he fed her the world's best matka kulfi and fresh off the fryer kachauris with imli chutney and pudina chutney.

The waiter pointedly told Teeku he had a "fat free version

The boss had told him to offer that to all "city girls

Teeku chose the real deal

The kulfis decadent, in their yellow/saffron creamy goodness

"I love it so so much she said softly

"Thanks

She smiled mischievously "Aap aise khush ho rahe hain jaise aapne khud ne banayi hai

"Hum chai bana lete hain, maggi, mac and cheese from a box and dal chawal, tumhe Rishikesh mein khilayenge

"U don't like to cook? she asked

He shook his head "Nope

"Aur kya nahi pasand aapko?

"Hamey Bareilly ki garmi nahi pasand, kathal nahi khaate hum, raat ki baasi roti, Hindi B&W movies nahi pasand, I dont like skinny women he said

She blushed self consciously

"Oh good, phir hum teesri kulfi bhi kha paayenge she joked weakly

Their gaze locked, and that's when his subtle approval of her physical appearance registered in her brain

"I have never rafted before she said breathing audibly

"Yesss he made a fist and pulled his arm back

"Kyon?

"Aap to duniya bhar ghoom chuki hain, hamey laga koi leisure activity aisi nahi jo aapne na kee hogi

"Aap? she asked, hurt

"You are well traveled he left that distance unbridged

"Its just with Dad and Mum, I didn't travel for work she tried desperately to be like him fledgling, struggling 20 something... broke and daydreaming

"I am OK... u know... agar... travel nahi bhi karey hum to hum kuch miss nahi karenge"😭 her tone one of "I want to be like YOU"

"Will you teach me to raft? she asked changing the topic, sprinting towards his lifestyle breathlessly

"Sochenge he smiled harmlessly

This is going to be too much fun...
And will definitely bring them closer literally and emotionally also
