I finally saw the episode, and Armaan genuinely was so worried seeing Ridz's expression. He did look upset at her expression.
Notice when she moved to stand near near him after that, he pulled her by her elbow and was asking her if she was fine...

That is so chivalrous of him... 👏 I think that shows that he is a good colleague to understand her dilema.
