Sidharth Malhotra is all set to be seen in a
film titled Shotgun Shaadi which will be
produced by Ekta Kapoor. The film is about
groom abducting which happens commonly
in Bihar. The tradition is also called Pakadua
Vivah.
As per reports in DNA, Sidharth will be seen
playing the role of a thug in Shotgun Shaadi
and the film will soon go on floors.
Moreover, the handsome hunk will also start
preparing for the role.
Along with Sidharth, the film also stars
Shraddha Kapoor. Reports have it, the cute
actor has requested the makers of the film
to make a few changes in the script. Talking
about it, a source stated to DNA, "Work on
the script is still underway."
Hope the makers make the official
announcement soon.
Talking about the film, a source earlier told
DNA, "It's a small town love story with edgy
characters. As soon as Ekta heard it she
immediately reached out to Sidharth. She
believes it's a great role and a perfect film
for them to come together. The film is
expected to roll in a couple of months. The
makers will begin the reccee soon and zero
in on a leading lady."
Moreover, Sidharth's next film will be a
biopic on Kargil martyr Vikram Batra. Karan
announced yesterday that he will be jointly
producing the Vikram Batra biopic starring
Sid. Karan posted on his Twitter account,
