i dont think so i mean her character becomes positive later on that's what sagars had said. plus basically she is not a bad person at all- i mean she and her father have their principles, they do play fair and all- it is shown when she is fighting with what's his name- pasha?- neway she has no pesonal vendata against dharam does she? she is only following orders of her father as she is trained from her childhood and her father is doing what his name again - ah yes jai- for the money.
i think veer will come to know of shera's true identity when he falls in love with her then poor guy will torn between love and friendship and that complication i would love to see.
