According to what I have read about him, Ranveer is into method acting. He used to act like Bajirao during its filming even off camera. He said he went into a different space playing Khilji and it was difficult for him to come out of it. Also, read about how he did extensive homework for Ramleela. So, probably that one is.

I figure natural acting is different from method acting, which involves deliberate change of personality to match the character being played for extended periods of time. From that POV, Kajol would be called a natural actor. Heard from Shahrukh how she just had to feel everything before acting it out.
