Sanju calls Upen- talks to Upen while the police trace his call. The police traces call. The policeman who is helping Sanju tells Sanju to go meet Upen and act like nothing is wrong.
Vik comes to doctors office to meet shradha the receptionist asks if she is a patient of dr kurana. Vik gets upset saying you work here but don't know the patients name, Sanju came here… The receptionist tells Vikram "OHHH your talkin about Sanju patil who came here with a girl. She filled out a form but when Sanju went to the bathroom, some guy came and took shradha out. When Sanju came out she didn't know where Shardha disappeared to."
Vik gets upset- yells at her and the lady tells him that I can only tell you what I saw, the rest you have to ask Sanju.
Vik wonders where Shardha is and where Sanju is, saying "Now Sanju will have to answer my questions with real answers." (something like that. My hindi is not that great.)
Sanju is waiting at some place all alone, then they show police surrounding the place waiting for Upen. Upen comes on a bike, Sanju asks for Shardha, and Upen first asks for money. Upen senses Sanju is nervous, and asks her if she is has another stupid plan. She says no, you have Shardha so I am worried about her. Upen says Oh so you care more about Vik's sister than your own. You will make a very good bahu. Sanju is getting out the money, when Upen spots a police man. HE Tells Sanju you are up to something, im going to kill Shardha, with one missed call I will have Shardha killed. Sanju goes noo, and says she will go with Upen. Sanju gets on Upens bike, the police follow them. Upen rides away, and then knocks Sanju off the bike. Tells her opse I hope ur not hurt- your little stunt is going to cost you- I am going to kill Shardha. Sanju begs but he leaves as she screams after him.
Vik Calls Sanju and she says not now and hangs up. The police come to where Sanju is and asking if she is ok. Sanju then calls and talks to the devikas brother telling him that Upen is on his way and he is going to kill Shardha. Devika's brother tells her nothing will happen to Shardha.
Upen reaches where Shardha is and sees her missing. He yells at his friends asking where she is. The police come in and arrest the three boyz and Upen. Devika's brother asks Upen where is Shardha. He says the boys can't keep an eye on one girl, and says it's a bad day cuz instead the police have caught us. Devika's brother slaps Upen. Devika's brother calls Sanju and tells her that they arrested Upen but Shardha is not there.
