I think Diya was caught unaware when DNA reports indicate that fakie is Ratan as she & Ro were almost sure that DNA report will be in Ro's favor so most probably this slap & throwing Ro out of KM is to handle the situation before fakie as DH gives Ro some more harsh punishment like in yatana ghar or imprisonment.

i will be disappointed if they show diya hitting ratan when she knows he is the real one and not feeling bad about it. because that is not diya. that is not like her. she cannot be okay with hurting someone she cares about who is innocent. (lets not forget when ratan did his stupidity he was hurting too and that was when he was convinced she had betrayed him..here diya knows he hasnt been the wrong one)

so you are saying that when ratan messed up and did something bad, karma now is diya also doing something stupid, bad and mess up things with him? how sensible is that?

so to serve karma the other person has to reduce themselves and knowingly do someone bad and not feel bad about it because "hey this person had done something bad to them before"

karma doesnt mean that the same treatment has to be melted out by diya to ratan. ratan suffering when he did as he did during diya's case is also karma. and he is suffering now when people are suspecting him also makes the karma right...if that is what you are asking for. remember karma is also about repentance which ratan has lots of.

karma isn't one person serving tit for tat to the other. and it certainly isn't a good worthy or strong relationship if that is what has to happen every time between two people who are so emotionally connected. relationships arent maths and about keeping count.

if its not diya's plan and she doesn't feel bad after slapping ratan then she ll be feeling bad when the truth ll be revealed and it ll be proved that ro is real ratan tb toh she ll feel bad and fir it ll be a guilt for her i guesss...so yeah i think its a part of diya's plan and its love...not a revenge that diya ll be doing bad to him because he did bad to her earlier she is mature enough to understand the situation
