In my opinion, I think Mitali is the well wisher. My first two guesses were actually Prakash or Neil, but I feel Prakash is caught in between his "two children" and hasn't been the one to go against his family, whereas Neel is being too harsh to Avni, to the point I don't think he can take back the things he has said to Avni.

Mitali won't be shown as a "Neela Ma" because we've seen that as a trope when Mishti came into Avneil's life at the start. She either feels that Neel is being too harsh on Avni or just doesn't want a kid in her marriage (Mitali's character is on the fence for me, she can turn negative easily if the CVs change their mind). Plus there's a still out there where Avni and Mitali (along with her police force team) enter Kamini's place. Meaning everything is fine between Mitali and Avni.

Yes I think it can be her as well.

She's doing this so Avni keeps her kid and she wont have to bother with him. LOL to Neil. Great choice! Mithali doesnt want to be Mowgli's Mother at all!

Her face was so white when he said about how can she be a mother to Mowgli . She clearly doesn't want to play mother . She can be well wisher too .

I feel that Mitali actually doesn't want to get married to Neil anymore. And this may also be a combined plan of Neil and Mitali to get the truth out of Avni as Mitali already promised that she would never be more than a friend to Neil. And also I remember Sana had once told that people would love Mitali in the upcoming track.

That was before the writers changed. When the Saisha track was dominating. Not now. Now they can do anything. Also, Mithali very much wanted to marry Neil up until she found out Mowgli is his son. She then felt that Neil should stay with Avni and him. But Neil is too angry to care. So its possible she is doing this to make sure Mowgli stays with Avni. (Even if she marries Neil).

That way she doesn't have to pretend to be his Mother. She is least interested in the job. Neil is an idiot if he thinks that Mithali is eager to play Mom to his kid from his first wife? She is NOT Avni! She was even willing to accept an Ex GF's kid if needed? LOL Neil...like seriously? You think the world is full of women like Avni?

This may be done by Neil because he might know how a mother would feel if her child is taken away from her and might reveal her real reasons of leaving Neil and his family.

This theory has "Logic" in it.!
And unfortunately, aajkal CV's and writers ko Logic se allergy hai.! So we should keep our expectations low.!

Although this seems to be most fitting guess, looking at the present scenario.!

From CVs point to make Mitali mahaan they will make her the well wisher n give her an opportunity to repent for what she did to Avni earlier

This way she will not have to raise Avneil kid either😊will she be able to deal with Avneil kee pyaar kee nishani everyday reminding her Neil only loved loves Avni
