The dialogue contains the true feelings of Avni. Her unconditional love for Neil. Whatever treatment Neil is giving her she is accepting, she has accepted her fault asked for forgiveness for the things she had not done, termed selfish but still her love remains intact.

And I think that Suneheri knws everything, all of Avni's raaz. Few episodes back when both were discussing, Avni had told that is only Sunheri who is her raazdar. Then also SUnheri had ask to reveal the secret of 10 years back. But Avni told her that Yeh raaz mere kafan tak mere saath rahega kabhi mere jabaan par nahin aayega.
What creatives have stored for us is not known. How again they will make AVNEIL.
Avni is just saying sorry for everything but not saying the actual reason. SHe is also saying sorry for the things she had not done and bearing all the hard words and accusation.
I'm just imagining what will be the reaction when Khannas will come to know the truth behind Avni's decision taken 10 years ago. Though how it will come out that I don't know. Bebe might say putr ek baar phir hum sharminda hain like she had done before also.
Since it the Indian serial, therefore in the end it will be the happy ending, but before that tragedy will strike as right now Avni is surrounded with many problems and the threat from Kamini. And the tragedy can be that Kamini might take some drastic action against Avni and again the life of her beloveds will be in danger and Avni this time will cross all limit in saving them sacrificing her life {that will be the ultimate limit]. I am not talking that she will be killed. But she will endanger her life.
Maybe then Neil's eyes will open . Before Saisha marriage Avni told then pyaar aur Shaadi ke waade thode nahin jaate. Neil might be thinking that it is contradicting Avni's action. But in reality Avni had abide her wachan. Before herself, she will think of her family, to keep them save she will do anything. Except Neil, she will not think of anybody else. Only Neil will be in her heart. Don't you all think that Avni is true to her marriage vows. Her statement proves 'How do I fight the person who stood by and fought for me'.
