Did Lord Shani really present during Samudra Manthan?

I read that during Samudra manthan KalKut posion had burnt BrahmLoka, then it came to Vishnu Loka. Whole Vishnu Loka had been converted into RED area, Such was the effect of KalKut Poison.

All Gods including brahma became frightened.Brahma, Indra, Yamraj etc. sought help from MAHADEVA to protect them from KalKut poison.There was no mention of Shani dev.So , basically the whole katha including Shani in Samudra manthan track was not true...right?

Well In Our Series It Showed That Shani Was Present During The Samudra Manthan.
But In Other Mythological Tv Serials He Wasn't.

Hii watevr u hav mentiond is true as pr skand puran it is said dt d poison filld brhma lok nd reachd vishnu lok as well nd so vishnu turnd blue in color cz poison hd reachd vaikunt lok nd dts wen all d devtas went to mahadev nd reqstd him to help dm frm dis prb... bt shani dev is nowhr in pic... so its only in our shw whr shani was centre of attrctn fr d amrit manthan trck dts cz d shw was basd on shani nd dey hd to shw rahu ketu since d shw revolves around d nine planets...

According to mythology , whatever shown was crap , but still I loved the plot in the show...

perhaps our dearest writer ji does not know how to script a story without eating up the real things those are authentically included in the myths! by the way ramanand sagar's ramayana and krishna series and chopra ji's mahabharat series proved that even without crap filling, successful mythological shows can be produced and made super-hits too.
