So like all of you, I watched the trailer of Veere di Wedding, since the love of my life is the producer and his brats are acting/working on it.
This lead me to question the original Kapoor girls father - Randhir, - no not RanBIR, but RanDHIR.
Why did he never support his daughters? They also have RK Productions, why did he never produce/co-produce etc. for his daughters?
Now we all know his story when his eldest daughter debuted in 1990.
But subsequently he and Babita patched up. And he seemed supportive by the time Kareena debuted in 2000. Why did he never do anything for or with her?
In my true opinion he has always seemed passive, heck he didnt even know Bebo was pregnant back when Kareena was pregnant and everyone knew and he was like "no idea, she didnt tell me", yet Bebo was already in her 4 or 5th month.
Talking about Metoo and Casting Couch supposedly his own daughter had go thru that, and even if not she had to do multiple shitty films with questionable songs and movements when she was only a teenager just because she needed help her mother pay the bills. Why did he never protect her? I understand he was reluctant to let her enter and times were different in those days, but given that he was in a position to possible help why not step in and support your own child/ren why not lessen their struggle?
Or is it that he was useless, wasnt he Raj Kapoors son as well? Why couldnt he offer whatever support to Karisma/Kareena ?
See, what I like about Anil is his protectiveness he protects his daughters, though ihe does get ott sometimes but that is because he is an oversensitive individual.
Is all Randhir is good for is going to Rishi's house and drinking?
