I read it in bengali detective story in the childhood as I used to read only and only detective and crime stories. This is an old trick. The pages of the manuscript has poison in the corner. So if you know someone has bad habit of licking the fingers and turn the pages, you can put poison in the corner and slowly kill that person. So, KK must be the culprit as KK gave the book to Pravakar.

I can your theory is coming form Pheluda's and Byomkesh's wisdom :)
Hats off to CV.. They have easily let the secret out that Prabhakar will die but we all are curious to know who had plotted this.

Whatever option we consider KK becomes the prime suspect and that is where CV's can get creative and surprise us with an unexpected twist. For us only KK and Prabhakar talked about manuscript. Many people may still now this habit as he was in an glass cabin whole day in office and for many years.

Someone who could have been badly hurt by his discovery of Plane accident. Prabhakar had shared his finings with KK.

Ufff This show is killing me.

Yeah one of them..but the point is...in those stories, such methods were used to kill. So it will not be surprising if the pages of the manuscript were poisoned. Interesting theory. Let's see what happens.

he fell off stairs after reading books, whose pages were poisoned. This was what was told in my history class. Humayuj had a huge Library and was a voracious reader, and it was a conspiracy by someone in his own kingdom to kill him
