On one hand, People cry about Nepotism. And on other hand, if any Producers casts outsiders,they insinuate casting couch.

And people wonder why Star kids are preferred over Outsiders.

If i was a Producer, i wud always choose a Star kid over a Outsider. Bcoz they are usually groomed n know the workings of film industry, their Surnames creates instant identity to audience making it easier to catch the eyeballs for my films and most importantly, atleast i wud not hv to deal with wagging tongues about casting couch or ungrateful behavior of arrogant outsiders. A known devil always better than an unknown angel.
