The literal translation may sound funny

"Palkon ke jharokhon se"

Palkon=eyelashes

jharokhon=windows (in a more traditional way, a more beautiful window)

Palkon ke jharokhon se = Through the windows of my eyelashes- (Which is your eye basically)

So this line is actually a more subtle and beautiful way of saying 'to see it through my eyes'
