Why Do Varun Fans INSIST He has 10 Hits?

I don't get it? Films like SOTY, Dishoom, Dilwale, Main Tera Hero were NOT CLEAN hits. Yet his fan group is so hell-bent on passing these films off as "Hits"

You cant call semi-hits a hit...that's why its called SEMI-HIT because its NOT I repeat NOT A HIT. Then they try to camouflage it by saying "he has 10 successful films" 😆

Drop the word successful and lets talk about TRUE HITS. REAL AND TRUE HITS. LIKE HITS HIT...not SEMI-HITs or Moderately successful films...H-I-T-S

because in trade, any movie which matches or earns more than its distribution costing is called successful. It is an actual trade term, and not created by Varun fans.

Varun fans, apart from few unknowledgable, don't say he has 9hits, they say he has 9successes, meaning his movies generally don't incurr lose. And in trade, it is a vital stat.
As no lose is always better than huge lose.

Plus it is true non of his movies have flopped, even October might emerge to be a success, i.e, get back the distributor's costing.

Because of TINA(There Is No Alternative) factor,
trade cannot give any solid verdict yet. As due to
lack of alternatives, October is earning more than
it would have, had there been competition.
